Owning a dog for the first time, you may not know what sort of training your dog may need. Depending on the age of the dog, you may have to decide on the types of training you need to provide to have a happy relationship with your pet.

The first type of training a puppy needs is behavior training. Behavior training would include good behavior around other people and dogs, properly housetrained, and having reasonable leash manners.
